Support with regard to Asset Management

Would you like to appoint an asset manager to invest your foundation’s assets in accordance with good practice? We will help you draft investment guidelines/ regulations and ensure that they comply with legal requirements, the statutes and the purpose of the foundation and, where appropriate, with the requirements laid down by the founder. In addition, we review asset management contracts and assist you in negotiations with banks or other external asset managers.

We will also be happy to advise your foundation on legal issues of sustainable asset investments or “mission-based” investments.
